Interior design & selections
Whether your design is finalised or still a work in progress, we can offer an interior design service through our Interior Design partners, who have specialist experience and a unique understanding of Hotels and Hotel Design.
Through joint consultation, we will establish the key determining drivers of the project and get clarity from you on the desired end result, budget and delivery timeline parameters. Using our experience in hotels to determine the most cost-effective solution, delivering the best long term cost of ownership and maintenance. Some guests do not treat the room and/or its contents as they would treat their own home, this combined with high occupancy rates and regular guest turnover subjects the room to high commercial wear rates, stains, scratches, breakages and in some cases abuse. These points need be considered for each refurbishment and fit out. To that end, some of the supplier’s key responsibilities are to advise improvements in manufacturing processes where applicable, highlight areas of future weakness and/or accelerated wear and or possible breakage, advise of alternate more durable finishes (if applicable) and importantly, ensure that any changes made throughout the process does NOT affect the design intent required by the designer, owner and/or operator.
Custom Manufacture & Supply
We offer a fully customised bespoke manufacture service, with all required items manufactured as fit for purpose (one off) items, specifically manufactured to meet your individual needs. The flexibility of custom manufacture ensures that the preferred design of each item is customised to fit within the varying room configurations within each individual project. Prototype pieces are always manufactured for final approval by you prior to bulk manufacture or final manufacture of your project requirements.
Using our local supply trade partners, we have the ability to procure locally manufactured and/or suppled items at extremely competitive pricing. This provides you with a single point of contact for all of your project needs, from Small Electrical, Cutlery, Crockery, Bedding, Linen, Window Coverings, Cushions, Decor Items to Gym Equipment, Large Electrical, Back of House Items and Lighting.
Logistics Delivery & Placement
Through our affiliated national network, we offer warehousing and storage capabilities in all capital cities and major regional hubs throughout Australia. From receipt of stock, decanting, validation of quantities, staging and provision of warehousing and storage to disposal of waste materials, your project delivery requirements are fully catered for from beginning to end. All coordinated in an organized manner using professional tradespeople and overseen by our Project Manager. This process is undertaken with a thorough understanding of your in-house guests and adheres to any operational procedures and guidelines that you wish to stipulate
On completion of the project, we produce and supply a comprehensive asset registry of all items supplied detailing the quantities, individual costs and descriptions to assist with current and future accounting, depreciation and re-order as and if required.
